Worker Qualifications for all positions:
- Level of experience and/or education will vary depending on job
- Preference will be given to present/previous Head Start Parents for job openings in the Head Start Program
- Head Start employees will be required to have a physical and TB test, which we will pay for, before beginning work
- Job may require ability to lift between 40 and 60 pounds
- Job may require own transportation
- Job may require attendance at various workshops or training sessions
- Driver positions will require CDL and MO School Bus Endorsement

The following employee benefits are provided:

- Pension Plan - Employees who meet the eligibility criteria will be covered under a Simplified Employee Pension Plan (SEP)
- Tax Sheltered Retirement Plan - Employees may participate by payroll deduction at their option.
- Group Health & Life Insurance - All full time employees will be covered beginning of the first day of the month
following completion of thirty (30) days of employment.
Dependents may be covered at employee's option by payroll deduction.
- Sick & Annual Leave (S&AL) - All full time employees are covered under the S&AL policy.
- Holidays - All fulltime employees are paid for Missouri state holidays.
