Our services are available to youth, adults, and seniors in Jefferson and Franklin counties who are experiencing mental health challenges.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We provide individual and family sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Our therapists specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, and addiction.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept Medicaid. We also offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
how do i schedule an appointment?
You can call our office at 636-789-2686 Option 7 or fill out our online contact form to request an appointment.
what if i can't afford therapy?
We believe financial barriers shouldn’t prevent access to mental health care. Our sliding fee scale is based on income, and we can help explore other assistance options.
do you offer transportation assistance?
Yes! If you need help getting to/from your therapy appointments, our EZMO Transportation program may be able to assist. Transportation is available for eligible individuals based on funding availability. Contact us to see if you qualify.
do you offer virtual or telehealth services?
Yes, we offer telehealth therapy sessions for clients who prefer remote services or face transportation barriers. Please ask about telehealth options when scheduling your appointment.
what if I dont' have internet access or a device for telehealth?
JFCAC’s Digital Connections Program may be able to provide assistance with internet access, devices, and digital literacy training to help you connect to telehealth services. Contact us to learn more.
