H2O Help Program

JFCAC is now offering a program to help provide supplemental funding to Missouri American Water customers who would otherwise have trouble paying their bill.  Any Missouri American Water customer who is at risk of losing their water service may apply for H2O Help.

Since December 2006, Missouri American Water has partnered with Community Action Agencies across Missouri to help qualifiying Missouri American Water customers who is at risk of losing their water service. Any Missouri American Water customer who is at risk of losing their water service may apply for H2O Help.
As the designated H2O Help program administrator for Jefferson County, JFCAC will accept applications for assistance and determine eligibility.  You must have a current disconnect notice or your water must be off to apply.  Customers who need assistance can contact JFCAC at 636-789-2686, option 2 or Missouri American Water at 1-866-430-0820.

All Missouri American Water customers can voluntarily donate to the H2O Help program by pledging $1, $3, or $5 for each billing period.  Bills will include a donation check-off box on the back of the bill.
