JFCAC EZMO Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credits

Do you pay business income tax? JFCAC has Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credits for Corporations, Company Owners, Partners (Firm), or Sole Proprietorship. 
Your donation helps EZMO Transportation meet the critical transportation needs of Franklin and Jefferson County residents. 
Your community-focused donation supports providing free rides to low-income residents for healthcare, education employment and other basic needs.

NAP (Neighborhood Assistance Program)
  • Donor Requirements - Businesses only AND individuals who operate a sole proprietorship, operate a farm, have rental property or have royalty income are eligible, as well as a shareholder S-corporation, a partner in a Partnership or member of a Limited Liability Corporation.
  • JFCAC award provides a 70% tax credit benefit. 
  • Carry forward 5 years - for any tax credit remaining after taxes each year. 
  • Within 45 days of receipt of the tax credit application, the Department of Economic Development determines tax credit eligibility and will notify the donor directly. 
  • Requires signature to be notarized. 
  • Help JFCAC change the lives of those without transportation.
