Our dedicated team of therapists offer compassionate, non-judgmental support with extensive experience in helping youth, adults, and seniors overcome mental health challenges impacting their daily lives. 

We recognize the diverse obstacles our clients face, including symptoms of conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, and addiction. Moreover, we understand the community-wide disparities in wages, education, discrimination, and access to resources. 

No matter the challenges you're facing, our professional therapists are here to help. We are committed to empowering our clients to improve their mental well-being and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

Who can receive services from jfcac's behavioral health program? 
Our services are available to youth, adults, and seniors in Jefferson and Franklin counties who are experiencing mental health challenges.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We provide individual and family sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Our therapists specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, and addiction.
Do you accept insurance? 
We accept Medicaid. We also offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.

how do i schedule an appointment? 
You can call our office at 636-789-2686 Option 7 or fill out our online contact form to request an appointment.

what if i can't afford therapy? 
We believe financial barriers shouldn’t prevent access to mental health care. Our sliding fee scale is based on income, and we can help explore other assistance options.

do you offer transportation assistance? 
Yes! If you need help getting to/from your therapy appointments, our EZMO Transportation program may be able to assist. Transportation is available for eligible individuals based on funding availability. Contact us to see if you qualify.

do you offer virtual or telehealth services? 
Yes, we offer telehealth therapy sessions for clients who prefer remote services or face transportation barriers. Please ask about telehealth options when scheduling your appointment.

what if I dont' have internet access or a device for telehealth? 
JFCAC’s Digital Connections Program may be able to provide assistance with internet access, devices, and digital literacy training to help you connect to telehealth services. Contact us to learn more.
