Welcome To Community Trust
The Jefferson Franklin Community Action Community Trust Project brings together identified communities in Jefferson and Franklin Counties from all walks of life to collectively discuss and determine a shared vision for a thriving community.
Through a series of community meetings, they identify potential initiatives that assist in realizing or achieving that vision, prioritize identified initiatives, select one for implementation, then select community trustees to manage the project, seed funding provided by JFCAC, and pursue investment dollars as needed.
Once a project has been successfully implemented then the process can be repeated in the next identified school district to keep each community making collective decisions for the betterment of their community.
School districts communities were selected based on results of Livability Studies done on each district in Jefferson and Franklin counties. Our current grant covers the following identified school districts, Jefferson County: Hillsboro R-3, Sunrise School, Franklin County: St. Clair, Franklin County R-II

This project is funded 100% at $585,343.42 for two years with federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services.
