Developed new online workforce training programs in partnership with ed2go, AMA, ProTrain, Career Step, MSSC and ToolingU to create hybrid programs. Designed Wonder Women career development workshop series to empower survivors of domestic violence. Supervised a dedicated team of employees who consistently achieved outstanding benchmarks with regard to productivity and service quality. Institutional Assessment Chair of Student Outcomes Committee that developed and advanced institutional assessment plan, established Institutional Excellence Assessment Award, and implemented placement/computer-based testing. Championed institutional WorkKeys initiative which instituted employer advisory board/faculty program benchmarks, institutional assessment, and NCRC issuance. Jefferson College was one of the first institutions in the Midwest to use WorkKeys for assessing general education outcomes. Guided the assessment process resulting in improved student learning. The WorkKeys assessment initiative has been cited as a best practice in multiple institutional accreditation reviews. Contributed to the ACT WorkKeys Curriculum Profile and Alignment Report for Computer Integrated Manufacturing in partnership with ACT and the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) designed to enhance NIMS credential pass rates utilizing WorkKeys assessments and WorkKeys curriculum software. A presentation, based on the report, was made at the annual Missouri Community College Association conference. Academic Support Services/Adult Education Supervised and developed academic support services for all campus locations including disability support services, peer/professional tutoring, and supplemental instruction. Successfully secured grant funds to create the Project SUCCESS (Students Utilizing Career Counseling and Educational Support Services) program that provides academic support services for first generation/low-income students, and or students with disabilities. Director of Adult Education/Literacy program that received Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Star Program with Distinction designation for quality. Developed innovative instructional strategies designed to improve student success.
